This adds the firmware loader, and changes the old firmware checks to just say that an update is available.
The firmware files are now in the XRP_firmware repository.
Make XRPLib and Micropython versions seperate to be included in seperate package.json files. And remove all the boards so they can be loaded dynamically. Also moved xrplib.zip to be with the releasees. Autoloads the latest.
updated the Windows and Linux select directory images and added them to the .json file
Some of the files were png.
The boards directory should be loaded externally. Ignoring incase it is loaded for testing

Adding the functionallity of the firmware loader. The ability to load any of the standard XRP projects.
